This continuity allows for deeper mentorship opportunities and specialized programming that builds on Ross's innovative approach to education.

An avid outdoorsman who has led numerous camping and rafting expeditions with Ross students, Bryan understands the transformative power of experiential learning. His own formative experiences as a summer camper fuel his passion for creating meaningful summer opportunities that combine adventure with purposeful learning.

Currently a 2024/2025 NAIS Aspiring Heads Fellow, Bryan holds degrees from St. John's College, Teachers College Columbia University, and NYU Steinhardt. His background in mental health awareness education enhances his approach to creating supportive environments where children thrive year-round.

Bryan's vision leverages the strength of Ross School's educational philosophy while embracing the joy and freedom of summer camp. Under his leadership, Ross Summer Camp offers programs that ignite passion, foster community, and create lasting memories within the innovative Ross framework.

Sinéad has been a member of the Ross School community since 2013, bringing her passion for storytelling, curiosity, and connection to her role as school librarian and to her work at Ross Summer Camp. She holds a BA in English and History from University College Cork in Ireland, and an MA in Library and Information Sciences from Queens College, City University of New York.

An adventurer at heart, Sinéad grew up in Ireland and has lived in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, so she knows a thing or two about exploring the world with open eyes and an open mind. That same adventurous spirit is something she loves to spark in every camper she meets. Having worked as a camp instructor across all age groups before stepping into her role as an administrator, Sinéad has seen firsthand the magic that happens when kids are given the space to explore, create, and grow.

At Ross Summer Camp, Sinéad helps create an environment where campers feel encouraged to try new things and discover what excites them most. Whether cheering on young artists at the weekly Friday Family Showcase, supporting a budding naturalist on a trail walk, or helping make the library a welcoming Afternoon Choice space, she helps ensure that each camper’s summer is filled with curiosity, creativity, and memorable experiences.
