After-School Programs Winter 2024
All programs are available to the public.
PRE-KINDERGARTEN–GRADE 4
This is a specialized U10 training program designed for players of all levels entering pre-kindergarten–grade 4. Players will build a strong foundation through a variety of game-based and cooperative activities using age-appropriate (red, orange, or green) balls and nets that will prepare them for eventual full-court play. Players in kindergarten and higher are required to play twice per week.
GRADES 3–8
Players further develop fundamental skills and techniques as they transition into yellow balls and prepare for tournament competition. Ball control, strategy, and work ethic are all emphasized in this 90-minute session of drills and point play. Players are required to play twice per week.
RSTC Red
RSTC Red is an introductory program for players from 4–7 years old. Players play twice a week. Please ask for an evaluation if you have any questions about group placement for your child.
Note: There are no classes on February 20 and 22, March 26 and 28, and April 2 and 4.

RSTC Orange
RSTC Orange is for players ages 7–10 years old who have developed appropriate skills (or size) to advance past RSTC Red. Players play twice a week. Please ask for an evaluation if you have any questions about group placement for your child.
Note: There are no classes on February 19 and 21, March 25 and 27, and April 1 and 3.

RSTC Yellow+
RSTC Yellow+ is for players over 12 years old who play either on a JV or Varsity school team. There will be practice every day for two hours after school. Tryouts can also be evaluated by an RSTC coach if you are not yet a team member. Participation at both UTR and USTA tournaments is encouraged but not a requirement.

Winter 2023–24 Programs

Youth Moonlight Tennis
Enjoy tennis, pizza, and music with friends! For ages 7–12. From 6–6:30 pm, we will provide pizza, then from 6:30–8 pm, we will go on court for games. All skill levels are welcome!
Dates: Fridays, November 3, December 1, and December 8
Time: 6–8 pm

Teen Moonlight Tennis

105 Tennis
Come play for an hour and meet new people! 105 is a dynamic doubles game for adult players that rewards you for your points earned at the net!
Dates: Saturdays, November 4, 11, 18, 25, December 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30. Sundays, November 5, 12, 19, 26, December 10, 17, 24. (Note: This program will not run Sunday 12/3.)
Time: 8:30–10 am

UTR Matchplay
Join us for Verified UTR Matchplay to improve your ranking and get used to playing more competitive matches. Play two matches in one evening, under the direction of our pros. This event is open to all players and all levels ages 10–18. We will group players based on their UTR/level to provide competitive matches and level-based play. Food will be provided.

Get rated or improve your Verified UTR Rating.
All scores count towards Verified UTR.
All players will be placed in a 2-hour window, with a 2-match guarantee.
We will let you know your match time prior to the event.
Matches will be 2 out of 3 FAST4 sets, no AD-scoring, 7 pt tiebreak at 3-3, and 10 pt super tiebreaker in lieu of 3rd set.

Private and Group Lessons
Private and group tennis instruction is available for all levels of play. Our staff provides a fun and supportive atmosphere that allows for the greatest amount of success.
