This school year, Ross welcomes students from 17 countries and territories to East Hampton as part of the school’s international boarding program, which comprises more than half of the Upper School population.
“We’ve made a conscious effort to help our student body better reflect the world’s diversity, and that has led us to reach out to qualified students from countries that have not been as well represented on campus in the past,” said Jason Warnick, Director of Admissions and Financial Aid.
This year’s international students hail from Belarus, Brazil, China, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, and Ukraine. Ross also hosts boarders from the United States.
“We attract families that value global education and diverse perspectives,” Jason said. “Having such a diverse population adds to the richness of the curriculum and enhances the experience for both day and boarding students.”
