Three Ross School students received awards for their contributions to the Parrish Art Museum’s 2017 Student Exhibition. Yi (Bevis) Pan ’18, Seamus McCarthy ’17, and Zewei Xu ’17 were among honorees selected from more than 1,000 young artists whose work is currently on display in the museum.
This year marks the 60th year of the Student Exhibition tradition at the Parrish, which draws entries from preschools, elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools on Eastern Long Island.
Students at Ross Lower School contributed to an all-school collage included in the exhibition. The following students from Ross Middle and Upper School also have work featured: Dennef Chiriboga ’18, Yi (Bruce) Feng ’19, Julia Friedrich ’17, Mingwei (Sherry) Gao ’17, Zhikang (James) Jin ’19, Jiyoung (Clover) Kim ’18, Bo Min (Sharon) Kim ’18, Karen Ka Yuet Kwok ’18, Hui (Victoria) Li ’18, Leila Murphy ’17, Yae Sugisaka ’17, Yujiang (Lucy) Wu ’17.
The Parrish Art Museum’s Student Exhibition will be on display until February 26.
