Fancy Footwork: Lower School Honors Chinese New Year

Each year, Ross Lower School marks the Chinese New Year with a special event—from classroom discussions to reading books to making dumplings from scratch. This year an assembly was held on February 25 in the Lower School Fieldhouse featuring beautiful Chinese dances and a short lesson in Mandarin.

Food Lovers: Students Become Top Chefs in Rossatouille

Students in the cooking M-Term Rossatouille have been studying different regional cuisines in China and prepared a delicious lamb dish with cumin and red chili peppers as well as Szechuan shrimp with rice noodles on March 2 in the Senior Building kitchen.
