The Ross Upper School advisory program seeks to provide a caring and supportive environment where academic excellence, social skills, self-esteem, and respect for others are emphasized. Advisors and advisees meet on a regular basis each week. For each student, the advisor is the primary point of contact for issues related to academic achievement, completion of graduation requirements, conduct issues, and any additional areas in which the student may need guidance. Advisors maintain regular communications with their advisee’s teachers and families in order to facilitate success for their advisees. Parents are encouraged to contact the advisor whenever the advisor can be of help.
