Andi O'HearnDirector of College Counseling and Enrollment Management 631-907-5442 Andi O'Hearn first began as Ross School College Counselor and Director of Admissions in 1998. After earning her bachelor’s degree in zoology in 1981 at the University of Rhode Island, Andi began her career teaching science, coaching swimming and tennis, and running a boys’ dorm at Kimball Union Academy. She then went on to serve for five years as the Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at Oldfields School and for four years as Director of Admissions and College Counseling at St. Andrew’s School in Rhode Island. In 1994, Andi started her own educational consulting company to work with families on college and independent school placement, testing and special education advocacy. She joined IECA a year later and became a certified educational planner and has continued to work with families on placement throughout her career. In 1998, Andi was initially appointed Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at Ross, but shortly assumed additional responsibilities as Director of College Counseling for the first graduating class. As Ross School grew, Andi assumed the position of Director of External Affairs to oversee admissions, college counseling, publications, event planning, alumni relations and development. She now serves Ross as Director of College Counseling and Enrollment Management. |
 Kathleen LattariDirector of Lower School Admissions Director of Financial Aid 631-907-5825 Kathleen Lattari has 14 years of admissions experience at Ross School. She is currently Director of Lower School Admissions and Ross School Director of Financial Aid. Prior to Ross, she raised three daughters, two of whom graduated from Ross School, worked on Wall Street, was a self-employed fashion and film stylist, and helped manage a family restaurant in East Hampton. |
 Kristen KaschubDirector of International Recruitment Director of Summer Term 631-907-5205 Kristen Kaschub has an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in psychology and English as well as an M.Ed. from the University of Massachusetts. Kristen has more than ten years of international recruiting and boarding experience. Prior to her role in education, she ran Human Resources for several Internet companies in New York City. Kristen came to Ross School from Northfield Mount Hermon School, a boarding school, and her alma mater in Western Massachusetts. |
 John MessingerAssistant Director of Admissions 631-907-5140 Ross School alumni John Messinger '02 comes to the admissions team with a strong Ross School history. As a faculty member for the School and SummerCamp @Ross, he has taught photography, run M-Term and college trips, and provided resource skills to high school students. In addition, he works as a freelance photographer for the Wall Street Journal and runs a freelance event photography company. His photographs have appeared on the pages of The New York Times Magazine and The Boston Globe. John received his masters in fine arts from the School of Visual Arts and an undergraduate degree from Boston University’s College of Communication, where he majored in photojournalism and art history. In 2008, John was awarded the Aaron Siskind Memorial Scholarship to attend S.V.A. for his graduate degree. |
